When you submit a tour request (including TurAI), we may collect: full name, phone, email, travel dates, guest count, selected service, and your message.

2. Why we use it

• Respond to your request and prepare a quote
• Communicate via phone, WhatsApp or email
• Improve our services and keep records of bookings/requests
• Optional marketing only if you continue as a customer contact (you may opt out anytime)

3. Sharing

We do not sell your data. It may be shared only with service partners needed to fulfill your request (e.g. transfer, hotel) or when required by law.

4. Storage

Data is stored on our hosting/database securely and kept as long as needed for the request and legal obligations.
